macrame workshop!

My friend Kiana and I recently took part in a macrame class! The class was held at Homespun on Mass Ave, and it was a blast! Our instructor, Savannah, was wonderful (check out her website here!) and it was so nice because there were only 6 women in the class (including the 2 of us).  We had good conversation, and learned how to do some of the basic knots commonly found in macrame.  We even took a little break halfway through the class (it was 3 hours long!) and walked down to Natural Born Juicers for smoothies 🙂 It was very enjoyable and even though we didn’t walk away with a finished product, it’s been fun to work on in bits and pieces at home as well. The whole class was only $60 and all materials came included! IMG_7877IMG_7876IMG_7878IMG_7881

^^^ as you can see, I’m still working on it at home!! I will definitely make sure to post a finished product.. but that may not be for a little while so don’t hold your breath 🙂

Thank you for reading!! Have a great day today 🙂 XO, Emma
